Description
This custom was for Isabella Klein in the literal swap, when I saw WaveDancer on her list I knew immediately that she was the one to make!She started offas a twinkle twirl who had her hair sculpted and was then airbrushed white. Her tail and mane was painted and dry brushed various oceany greens and blues!
Her base is covered with sand and a clear resin to give a watery finish.

I love the water effect. Certainly adds a beach-like atmosphere!
The tail makes me think of kelp a bit as well. I like that.
