Tried to do something similar to Under the Skin movie poster, with some modifications.Stocks used:

Lips: Auburn
Nebula, Stars: Nebula Resource Pack
Also, I'm not sure whether I should put it in the Photomanipulation or Fan Art category, I'd be grateful if someone could help me out with it.
