This is probably a stupid question but , how do you make these?
I always wonder, did you print them on this plastic and cut it like this yourself or ordered to cut it this way?
or maybe you know some mind of tutorial that could help me?

hey, ur comment was from several months ago from now lol but just in case you havent already found out:
a way lots of people make charms such as these is with these things called shrinky dinks. its this special kind of paper you can find online or at most craft stores for fairly cheap. you can draw or print a design onto a sheet, and then you cut around the design, place it on a tray covered in a cookie sheet, bake it in the oven, and itll shrink to about 1/3 of the original size. i hope this helped, but if you've already found this out by now, then i hope it helps someone else in search of answers,,,,lol
