A 'repaint' I did using Instructions for TF: ENERGON Towline I scanned myself from the copy of the instructions that came with the toy.Kup. Dunno why I did this really. Did it a while ago (Had a halfway done Dowhshift as Hot Rodimus and I forget what I was gonna do about Blurr), but I was never happy with it. So I redid it and here it is. I dunno. Part of me thinks it works, and part of me is disappointed in it. I dunno…I guess it works. I know there’s a good idea IN there, I’m just not sure I managed to bring it out. Oh well.

Kinda does look like the old coot, don't it? The vehicle mode's takes a bit to get used to tho', but the 'bot mode is pretty well done, even if the head just doesn't look like the original's.

Heh, IMO, it looks more like Kup's head then botcon ironhide's head looks like ironhide...hehe. and yeah, i kinda regret the grey paint aps to the side of the van, but...what can ya do. Luckilly, those can easilly be removed and not effect the robot mode, which was the bread and butter of this repaint idea, heh.

I don't have Towline, so I don't know, but in the picture his head actually looks kind like Kup's. Still, I want to get Towline so I can repaint him as the Mystery Machine.

Yeah, the toy's head has a kind a"old" look to it that sorts does resemble kup. the helmet is shaped diferently though.

this recolor would fit really well w/the universe line give him a retooled head to resemble the G1 version and yer good to go.
