How did you cut the brass plate to make it the shape of the coins if you don't mind me asking? I think it turned out so interesting and was genuinely curious on how you did it.

Wow that looks great. I have wanted to geocache in my area but don't have a GPS tool to find them. I hope some one does find it because this is very cool.

I don't also own any GPS-navigator, but i have checked logbook of this cache almost every day and now there is messages from 10 different guys and most of them really liked it, because of the quite unique style. (First "searching team" say that they used over 200 minutes for finding it.)

I just put the coins on the brass sheet, heat them with propane torch until the metal parts are red hot and then put some flux and silver solder near to the coin edges and it flows quite easily between the metal surfaces. After that i just cut extra brass sheet of with jewelers saw and smoothed the edges.

That is quite cunning. I probably wouldn't notice any but the most obvious, but I mean, I doubt many people would find that even if they were looking.
