See Jim Woodring's CONGRESS OF THE ANIMALS for something like Lloigor & Zhar A total fluxion of form, save for the thick stalk of flesh conjoining the two monsters. A graphic novel with no text.

I know that Mythos entities are by definition proteiform, and thus have a lot of different titles and name. Cthulhu, Ktulu, Quhe-toulou, Ktlhlh, Kittolo... That said, I did put some titles on some of the deities and the more i think about it, it would be a nice touch to the tarot to add a subtitle under the most common name. It would require to invent some for the most obscure gods and choosing one for the most known.
