This is my first stargate fanart. i hope you like it. not sure what to say, except that i was inspired by someone who did an Ori pic, and i came up with this.to see the work i did [which is mostly drawing over the top of the pic..] please see the following:

ah ok. . well i think atlantis has opened alot of new doors for the stargate series.. but thats just me, you might like it though, its quite different from sg1.

Lovely manip. But the nose structure isn't right for a wraith. If you look at screen caps or somthing you'll see the nostils extent outwards.
But a lovely picture otherwise.

yeah they are outwards, its difficult to do it on the side of the face, i wasnt doing it dead on. slightly harder.

I think you just need to paint it stretching along and down towards the mouth more.
Though I agree, it's a night mare getting it even on an angled face.

this doesnt look like any stargate i know of. im guessing its fromthat newer series i hear the kids talking about. very creepy. what are the things on her face? like gills?

oh, and yes they are gils i suppose. i havent actually worked it out. you see, the wraith are an evolutionary species that were once like massive cockeroaches that sucked the life out of something, to live. it was its living source. and over time, the more they fed on humans, the more they took on the characteristics of them.. and then they became the wraith - named so because of the legend that a wraith takes ones life to gain for itself.. or something like that.

well there was a woman with auburn hair, and a few others with brown, and im sure someone had black. i couldnt get this ones hair to go silver. i'll have to learn some tricks

not bad jo.. crits though; the things on the face looks flat, just like they're painted on, not (for lack of better words) gill like. perhaps a little darker underneath them. to add a little depth so to speak.
and the nose aswell; on our right; doesnt sit right...
that said, its not bad; just a couple of things could use fixings.
