OHHHH you're in luck~~ I got this fabric in melbourne, I think it was discount fabrics in brunswick it was like err $8 a m, the dark blue velvet, not sure if they still have this colour, but the velvet is definitely there. It's just a really simple bustier top with a circle skirt + train joined beneath the boobs, I'm sure you can find a pattern for it at spotlight or lincraft <3

i can't belive u have manage to be captured this pic without ur wig getting wet! o3o
i remember those fountains at a certain park but i can't get to see it cause it gets crowded before the showing time. =3=

the wig actually stayed pretty dry until the last shot where I dunked my head in the water LOL
