For the Great Pokémon Water Race I'm considering doing Dragalge as my Pokémon (either him, Huntail, Lanturn or Kingdra), and this is just a practice to get the feel of the Pokémon. (Wow, that got semi-poetic.) I'm astonished it took me just under an hour!I tried to draw an ocean-y background but it looks flat and awful so I omitted it ^.^
