Expressive photo!
I really like how it feels as if she's open to us where her feelings and thoughts are concerned... it's quite interesting how you've framed it in this way as well, especially with the way it gives us an alternate perspective, therefore making it more intriguing overall.
The features are focused to profound effect and I really like how it feels a bit suggestive as well. It feels as if you've used the rule of thirds to increase the impact of things and... yeah, it's well executed in that sense.
I'm not too sure about the post-processing and the colours here..I can understand if you wanted to capture a certain atmosphere and mood, but it feels a bit... It feels a bit overdone and sickly?
That's just me, though. I just feel that maybe a cooler tone would be better, or a warmer one that complements her hair... depends on what you want really. I suppose selective colouring would be another idea too.
Lovely stuff, nevertheless.

Well, I present it as I want it obviously, not how others want it (especially other photographers), as I am not really into any rules.
The shot was taken in a very dark room with almost no light (ISO 800, 1/25, f/1.7 - thanks to anti-vibration). I think it's fine on all my calibrated monitors, as well as on print. I can change my mind later on, of course, we'll see
