i think i failed thanks to using one pixel lines for the battery monitor thing. if you don't want to zoom in, all it says is 6%self-explanatory twenty-minute digital art piece that is meant to rp in the comments but i'm a nobody. basically just alexa's running low on battery, that's it. (and yes, i can rp right now. in general, if the reason you don't want to start an rp is on my end, be it lack of ability, just not wanting to, etc., post it anyway.)
if this breaks 10 favorites I swear to StarClan I will bash my head through a wall. (and then proceed to miss the two presentations I'm giving and the one presentation I'm receiving tomorrow.)

Please. Compare this (or any of my digital art) to something like, say, what HJ does on a daily basis. Falls flatter than Rouge's EKG after a bout with the Edgeful Art God.

And I hope to ever be as good as HJ at digital art. Not as long as GIMP and a stylus are the best tools I have will I ever be that good. Because I've learned recently that it is VERY, VERY, VERY MUCH MORE about what tools you have rather than your skill level. ._.

Let me tell you this. Don't measure your self to others. Don't think that your not as good as they are and that they are better than you. Don't listen to stuff on TV that tells us to measure our selves to others. I love HJ's Art and I love mine but I don't think hers is better. You can check out my Art which is not really perfect or close to yours.

I've heard that one about the media comparison thing a thousand times. Preached it before, too. It's just SO damned hard to follow that rule of thumb, especially since people seem to favorite digital art just because it's digital and not favorite traditional art just because it's traditional. Which means the pressure is cooking me! This piece got three favorites without me even submitting it to a single group! Matareon's sprite got TEN FAVORITES, and it's a piece of crap! The only reason DA says Pandrammuni is still the most favorited thing is because it's older!

I know, right?! One might think getting ten favorites on something my best friend calls weird (he's brutally honest, but that's ok, because I understand that) would encourage me to get better, but it does the complete opposite under these circumstances! If people are gonna give me favorites to encourage me to get better, then favorite the non-shit stuff too!!

Book of Proverbs? Oh, I think some old guy at the street corner of my school tried to give me a tiny one a while ago. When my mom heard of how I got it she told me to throw it away.

Naaaah. The Book of Proverbs isn't rubbish. It's kind of a part of Christianity that teaches about Wisdom. You might wanna get a Bible or your own book of Proverbs.
