The base of it is just white poster board and then I wrapped and tapped it up with aluminum foil. It was really easy to make, like twenty minutes tops to do.

I made my own helmet about 5 minutes after my last comment. :3 I'm planning on cosplay Prof. Chaos at Matsuri-con this August, just as a I'm-bored-as-fuck-so-let's-be-goofy cosplay. C: I'm gonna put a blank disc with "Back Door Sluts 9" written on it in a Lord of the Rings DVD case and carry it around with me. It's gonna be fun. Anyways, to the point- if I post picswhen I get around to finishing the cosplaywill you and all your greatness check them out? :333

Professor Chaos rocks. Enough said. Cosplaying him is just so much fun because you can be as ridiculous as you want and it's awesome. Haha, that DVD idea is AWESOME! I will so totally check them out! Anyone who cosplays Professor Chaos is cool in my book.
