Another really old piece of artwork. I sculpted this in either 8th grade or 9th grade - either way, practically ancient history ha ha. I do remember that this was one of the very first things that I had ever sculpted in my life. It was originally an art assignment for a class, I do remember that much. I think we were supposed to go through our (very basic) art history books, pick an image, and sculpt it. Well, that's exactly what I did, I believe - a VERY long time ago. I remember I gave this to my father for his birthday one year, I think. Obviously, seeing as this was either my first ever sculpture, or a close second, there are many imperfections; but overall, considering my age at the time and my lack of experience in handling and molding clay, I feel that this piece came out quite well when all is said and done. Definitely a nostalgia kick ha ha.
