This picture must be taken BY HST: Hubble space telescope and no other... its very obvious that there is no atmospheric extinction and that couldnt have been corrected this much for any ground based telescope..
but Nice pic anyways..

Well, for you it might be obvious but for the rest of us it is not First of all, extinction is not the main effect that disturbs the quality of images taken from Earth, but seeing (atmospheric turbulence). Then, if you compare it with a real HST image [link] you might notice the difference

Fantastic. This shot reminds me of the famous shot of columns of nebulous gas seen National Geographic. This shot is a worthy companion. I'd be 'very, very happy' to photograph something this fine also.

this picture is made with filters, H, O and S, then combined
