Haha, I'm such a geek. I actually spent about two weeks absolutely memorizing Al Bhed, when I was obsessed with FFX.FF8 will always be my favorite, because it was one of my first instances of playing, but FFX was the most immersive story in any game that I've played.
Even though your Rikku was one of the first cosplays that attracted me to your DeviantArt in the first place, I don't think that I've commented on any of the photos of it. You really did make the best Rikku cosplay that I've ever seen. Every last detail is perfect, especially so in this picture. The pose, the locale, even the beautiful and adorable cute smirk that defines Rikku's entire character.
By the way, I think that the current shoes work wonderfully, but I'm excited to eventually see the "improved" ones. At least the wig was bought, though: I can't imagine how difficult it would have been to make one that looked even half as good as the one you have. This is definitely one of your best, and I'm glad that its one of your favorites.

Shit. Mum's been away, so she hasn't helped me start either of them, and she's back for like; two days, and ditching me again. So I don't think she's gonna help with either...so I might not even get to cosplay for Wai-con. I know for a fact with this little time frame, I couldn't pull-together Middy, since his wings are the biggest thing I'd have to struggle with. It shits me. >.< Was so looking forward to Disgaea'ing it up with you all. T_T
