The Flag of the American Imperium or the Stars, Stripes and the Redemption Cross flag was an official flag of the nefarious regime which the secondary variant proposal, designed by Tina Matthews and Mark Jimenez which was presented and proposed during the Official 3rd National Redemption Conference, held in Richmond, Virginia on August 27th, 2049 during the hours of tense flag proposals for the new regime as House Speaker Darryl Wayland (NR-MI) has been waiting for the initial flag replacement, which he says on his quotes:

- "Today, we need to bide our time for a possible replacement, which will be officially nominated as a new flag for a symbol towards national salvation and redemption"

After hours of approvals, the Third Variant was approved with the initial vote of 55-5 members of the party. The logo of the National Redemption-Patriot Front has a different meaning: the 24 stars represented the American symbolism and imagery whereas the white cross represented Christianity through conservative and traditionalist interpretation which Robirds had used the different interpretation of the word that states "the country needs to be saved from the dangerous and grave errors of false plutocratic national democracy through national vindication" as his intent of their goal to impose a far-right ultranationalist theocracy with his plan of "Seven Marching Grounds", named after the original Seven Mountains Mandate, a dominionist movement within pentcostal and evangelical Christianity which his own plan to include traditionalist and ultraconservative Catholics and others. The High Marshal has his intention to push forward with his Seven Marching Grounds plan to 'transform' America into a ultraconservative dictatorship, to which his plans to further eliminate "undesirable" ideologies in the midst of the Great Shakeup of 2040s-2050s, due to climate change, refugee crises, political polarization, and economic factors that brought the collapse of an embattled American democracy.

The National Redemptionists has used the new National Code to further punish 'traitors' and those who desecrate the Stars, Stripes, and Redemption Cross through wide-ranging variety of punishments such as hard labor, life imprisonment, or execution and they also imposes stringent rules on the internet and IVRs networks to further consolidate control of the cyberspace.

During the Canadian Crisis of 2052-53, the referendum was held alongside the snap elections but voters in the Wildrose region that are inherently conservative and nationalist had waved the flags of the American Imperium in the lead-up to the referendum. When the Redemptionists had an intended plans to invest in untapped natural resources, which they were supposed to respect the neighbors's sovereignty, they had marched and occupied the whole country as they lowered down the mapple leaf and hoisted the National Redemptionist at the flagpoles, it was clear that Redemptionists may pursue a silent plan to catch-up in the fields of technological and scientific race but the war broke out on the 5th of September, 2055.

The National Redemptionists, who had occupied each countries had designed and customized flags for puppet regimes but they had created the official flags for military administrations, territories, and protectorates during the course of the conflict until they had experienced numerous setbacks and the turning tides of the war that may led to the Consensus forces losing their ground in the conflict.

In the aftermath of the war, the Reconstruction Bureau Section III was passed which officially banned the flags and symbols of the National Redemptionist regime.
