NB: Whether you like it or not, the grain is there. You're more than welcome to preach how wonderful the D3 is in low light - especially at ISO-1250 - but the fact is, all that information is moot unless you're aware of the conditions I was shooting in.

Sure, I could have changed my flash settings or bumped my ISO or a whole slew of things, but moments like these doesn't last that long.
