This is the best Sonic 2 styled Knuckles I've ever seen! You should make a sprite sheet of this, and use it in a mod! Even the official Sonic The Hedgehog 2 & Knuckles just uses his Sonic The Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles sprites. Those sprites are good, no doubt. And it's not like they look out of place with Sonic 2's visuals, but this just fits so much more.
