The woman in the foreground is impressive, especially with wires protruding out of her right hand, a broken zipper on her cloak, and a face that looks innocent and pain-stricken one moment and cunning and corrupted the next.
But the machine in the background... I can't even find words. To describe just how terrifying. It. Is.
The machine is the REAL subject of the painting, even with an alluring lady with double personalities sitting in front of it! Its metal parts look cold and excruciatingly painful, like they were jammed with unparalleled and unreasonable levels of force and pain and hate into some unfortunate soul's skull, and then his/her innocent brain conquered by electronic circuits and the emotions shredded to a pulpy liquid and pumped out. Even the skull looks horrifying - its face is flat like metal plating, and the eyes a cold and electrifying white, and I can't help but notice that the machine stares to the right of the painting, as if it's preparing for some horrible war and holocaust. It's almost as if someone woke up and thought to themselves, "I have a BRILLIANT idea! I'll rip some unfortunate man's head off his body and jam all sorts of cold electronics in it, and suck the soul right out of him! And I'll add a metal mohawk, just to scare the living daylights and other unnecessary 
It'd be amazing for you to create a series based on this.

Reminds me of Rai from Evangelion - I like the emotions I receive from it, disconnected, cold and yet pissed off. Beautiful piece.
