From someone with completely different style interests, I still have to say that I love this piece. It's moody as hell, and I love the lighting and negative space.
I also found this inspiring in the sense that I've thought about integrating some verse into my art, as you've done here.

it's grungy, scratchy and messy, but it looks so thought out and organised at the same time.

I like the two different styles you got there, sharp on the left and the blur on the right. and the poem, no um the aphrism you have written there, says a lot about our culture of ecapism through anything (namely drugs) but creativity.

the slight hunch, dark eyes, and blurriness to the girl sets such a strong mood- nice work! i do agree with zzaga's comments about the text... it could add a bit more strength to the piece as a whole.... and, hah, i wish i didn't feel like that girl as much as i do...

Wow . . . kind of a blend of photorealistic texturing/scupting and cartoon. This is something you'd find on something like TOOL's album cover. I'm thoroughly impressed.

Realy like the expression in her face
Some things i might have changed:
Her foot... looks kinda in the wrong angel... and might perhaps need some more work..
It would also be nice if you made her intergrate whit the left side of the picture... Made a room, as if she was sittiing in a corner.
I would also have made it look more as if it was her that had wirtten the text , tilted it a bit toward her.. as a part of the wall.
