This is Kion’s Ultimate Attack that Combines the Kamehameha technique and his Light Volt Cannon simultaneously. The Kion draws his ki from both hands then t throws his arm forward as if he is performing the Light Volt Cannon, then brings both arms towards his side and cupped his hands combining the tremendous power of both techniques into one attack, the hands thrust forward to shoot out a powerful large blast in the form of a beam of white electric energy. Upon contact it will inflict an enormous amount of damage.
