My submission for ... kinda. To be honest, I didn't really intend to submit it, I only did this because it was something to do at yearbook. =/ (The theme was "hearts" btw.)Cute Charm is Delcatty's special ability, despite the fact that it's not really that cute. Delcatty is so not worth the Moonstone needed to evolve it from a Skitty... And yet I still have one on my team. u___u
In retrospect, I probably should've designed Delcatty as a prim and proper man in a suit, but then he wouldn't be cute anymore. Oh well. We'll just pretend this one's prim.
(.... I'm probably wrong, but I think my gijinka Delcatty is the first male one out there on DA. o.o)
