well it takes a while to leave and its realllyyy easy to draw with a tablet with a mouse its hard x.x and paint tool sai is really good for drawing digitally

it depends on how good you want it to be like some are 20$ and others are 100 or more dollars i have a wacom bamboo tablet its pretty good
