Oh, no. You have to have programs that do that. Adobe Imaageready and flash do it, but for those without the rescoursces, (and Windows) Paint and Windows Movie Maker work.

Indeed. Then just make an image on paint, upload it into windows media player, put it in. Then edit the picture as if it was the next frame and continue
