A possible Encounter: The starving masses
Our heroes reach this place uOur heroes reach this place un Our heroes reach this place and see a merchant's cart full of food. He is stopped by some armed and rather skinny goblins. They rob him not out of malice but because they are starving. The merchant himself says that the harvest was bad and that this wagon is his last possession and would rather die than give it up. What will our heroes do when they reach the encounter?
The mood and situation becomes more and more delicate when, during the conversation, more and more gaunt goblins come out of their hiding places and threaten the group and the wagon more and more. Can our heroes resolve the situation?
And how will they react when, during the next encounter, a fat nobleman needs help and waves his gold to defend him against desperate impoverished people?
