Just say Julie Bruin.

Julie Bruin, who appears on one single epp of Tiny Toon Adventures. I've always been surprised about the lack of popularity, or even a lack of knowledge, of said character. Then again, the one epp exposure sure doesn't help. Appeared in the TT Music epp to parody her own voice actor Julie Brown (who later voiced Minerva).

I did the origional drawing way back in 1992, and despite what it may look, I did not exaggerate anything in the pic, except maybe the background colours. I had GC'ed it a few years ago to do some shading experience, a method I no longer use now-a-days. I think it's pretty obvoius why I liked her. ^.^

Julie Bruin is made by those lovely folks at WB, who of which never though twice to white out (or colour out) cleavage on her, unlike that latter even of Minerva Mink.
