I like her pose and I like how you drew the background. For a second there, I thought she was stowing away in a train's boxcar while it was on the move. But she wasn't. Where is she supposed to be anyway? The power plant or some kind of military defense base that's fenced in?

I just came across this picture right now and although I know your comment is kinda old, I would like to offer my opinion.
I think that if you really want to make improvements to the picture, then by all means, go for it.

I'm still trying to learn a lot of things in drawing.
And also, I just need directions on how to make it better. It seems like I'm lost generally on what to do with it.

The only real criticism I have on the work itself is that in some areas the clouds look a bit sketchy. This would work if that was the style you used in the whole piece, but the rest looks very polished, so this seems out of place. This really is a minor complaint, seeing as I only just spotted it when I zoomed in, but if you look closely at the bottom left of the big cloud, you can see where it doesn't look so blended and smooth, and this looks odd because of how blended and smooth the clouds look in other areas.
Other than that, I would say remove the watermark. It's annoying and impairs our ability to see your lovely art. If you're worried about other people stealing your piece, then put your signature in one of the corners, out of the way so we can see the work, but still noticeable.

Don't worry about it. This is very good all on it's own! That was me being very analyzing and trying to look for anything and everything that could be wrong. The fact that I didn't say anything more means that it's already very, very good.
