Bonjour !Suite de l'évolution de Sand, personnage original créé par Xa.
J'ai changé un peu les cheveux par rapport au premier jet, pour être plus dans l'idée "massive" que l'on retrouve sur les esquisses de Xa lui-même : [link]
Et puis j'ai commencé à travaillé les cheveux du dessus de la tête (loin d'être fini sur ces images).

I modified her pony tail compared to previous pictures, to make it bigger, and heavier effect, as we can see it on Xa doodles.
And I also started the head top hairs (not finished at all).

no, you know what, i feel the need to reiterate. i collect figures. alot. all from the $80~ $300 range. Im an artist mysellf (though not a sculptor!) but i pay attention to details, and i am very picky about my sculpts. this sculpt, so far, is super appealing to me. one part is do to the wonderful style of teh original artist, but your are doing an excellent job at capturing their style. i sincerely hope once your all done you will run molds and copies so i can legitly buy one. keep up the good work.

I really admire sand craft. I'm simply not delicate enough with my hands to practice it, but having a 2d piece take three dimensional form in front of you must be a real experience.

She is made with single clay, like giotto-plastiroc and fimo-air. Nothing really special ^^
