The anime of Trigun is nice, but it oversimplifies some events (e.g. LegatoVsVash final battle...in the anime is quite plain - imho) !!
It would be nice to see the animation of Trigun Maximum!!!
I've started to like Livio without realizing it and I like his fighting style and his final look!

It simplified eeeeverything! Especially Wolfwood's fight with Chapel and Legato and Vash's duel and then the ending for the anime was dumb, Knives just sitting there drinking tea....really?? Yes, I would absolutely love it if they redid the Trigun anime to follow the manga with pretty new animation. The way they did it for FMA, that was fantastic.Β
Aaah, I loved Livio, he made such a good bad guy but at the same time he was super adorkable afterwards. lol Legato was always cool, but never my fav. He was weird in the manga... lol

The fandom of Trigun is very strong! I mean...there is only an anime of 1998
and the manga was published in '97; it's quite old but it still has many fans!

I wonder if there's a way to get attention for it. lol sort of like a petition or a kickstarter type thing. lol cuz they're remaking a ton of the old animes now, the need to do Trigun!! :C and Cowboy Bebop would be cool, but I think that anime was fine as is (although, I haven't read the manga...)
Yeah, lol the fans of Trigun are strong....but there are still so few people who have actually read the manga. Most people only know of the anime, and liked it, but haven't read or don't want to read the manga (at least I've ran into ppl like that sadly. :C) The manga finished in the early 2000's though didn't it? Idr exactly...
Yeah, I loved that they had a movie, it was really nice to see the characters animated again with better graphics. I think....maybe they were trying to see if it was liked enough to redo the anime? idk, I've just heard rumors here and there about the movie. I really, really wish I could've seen it in theatres....but it didn't play up where I live. Aw man, and I really wished I could've met Nightow when he was at Anime Expo in 2009, I still regret not being able to go to that con.... OTL
