This is Crime head, my strongest Villain OC from the Wario ware franchise. he always shows his back only, and will even fight like that.
His plans are really flawless, and randomness is never considered. Because he is the strongest, i'll rarely post stories about him, but when he does appears after planning something he does success. Good thing he considers taking over Diamond City is not worthy his time.
he can summon also hystorical warriors like spartans, Ninjas, Vikings or Apaches to do his bidding.
