Yay, another Mavi/Alastan picture. Interesting...this was one of the earlier 'perch' attempts...this one, i decided, looks much better with both of them posing.hah. even Mavi's in a similiar pose...
but, as you might notice, somehow Alas's left wing turned out bigger. O_o don't know how that happened. i don't like it as much. But, as before, this one was pencil-sketch, scanned, and i gave it another watercolor twist to it. i like that particular feature.
and Mavi, i have no clue why you like running around without a shirt, i really don't.
Mavi *poses* "Look, i have muscles!"
Alastan *sputters* "i don't want to see muscles!"
Mavi "...but you like them, right?"
Alastan "Well, yes...but i don't want to see them!" *flees*

wow... the wings on the white one are very well drawn... must've been spenidng some time looking at pictures of birds or somethin'
I also like how we get this feeling of high contrast light and shadow, goes well with the theme of the two characters, very extreme between the two of them.
gotta piont out the beautifull work done on the rock formations there, really looks climb-able
also beginnign to pick up that you really spend alot of time on the draperies of fabrics which make for great viewing experiences ^_^ keep going!
