I love the upper part of the picture: the pose, hair, lightning and the architecture in the background. Although I do like the leaf shapes on the cape, there is something off with the rest of the picture. The light sources on the left and right (I'm not sure what they are supposed to be) seem off and take the fokus from the character.

Yeah, I didn't really work with the background, because I myself was too focused on the head and that there is everything okay and not weird :')
The light sources were originally lanterns in Thranduil's Halls, but I managed to make them disappear in the light somehow, lol ^^
