He’s the leader of the republic my characters live in.
This is just the concept of him and the republic’s emblem, the design will change over time because I know it’s crappy
He is around 130 years old (60-70 human age), has been ruling the country for 30 years. Before his administration, the country had a civil war and later a regime change. The society was chaotic, but he managed to let the country recover.
When he was young, he lived in a moderately wealthy family, was able to study history and economics. He was more simple and wanted to do business in the future. When his town was raided by opposition, he changed his mind and decided to serve for the state. His right side of face was damaged in the attack.
How did he became the leader of the state? I have no idea.

His elements are steel and ice, he can absorb heat (or release freeze) from his claws, wings and breath. He prefers physical combat but he don’t really need to do it currently
