This is a Bleach manga cover featuring Rangiku Matsumoto.Well its 1:48 a.m. here in Indiana and I thought I'd upload this piece before I call it a night.
I was going to color her dress white or a soft black, but I was watching the movie Major League and it was the part where Stacy Carroll seduces Charlie Sheen in the bar, and I thought she was so sexy and alluring in that red dress that I had to color Mastsumoto's dress that color.

Yeah it was hard for me not to color her dress black or white, but red just felt like the right color after watching the movie "Major League".

If your talking about the black on matsumoto, that was already there. I just leveled it and made it blacker.
