They're something around 11.8-12 inches

They would be $25 per horn (plus shipping), painted for added realism and sealed with clear acrylic coating. They are hollow and can easily be glued onto a head by glueing a piece of foam to the inside and then glueing it to the head (I attached the horns on this: [link] using that method)
