well much has happened since i posted last, as always

in artistic news, i've been away from consistent turncoatsing for a lil bit -- not really something i planned but just part of the natural ebb and flow of making content, and while i was ebbing i took some time out to read other comics and learn some art things and now my style has kinda sorta developed again??? so??? that's different in a cool way i suppose, i'm not sure how i feel about actually learning how CSP's speech bubble tool works but today it made things a little easier i suppose

in life news, we are back on the ADHD meds after an experimental hiatus, FINALLY back to thesis-writing properly (by virtue of being stared at by my mother over discord literally for hours a day to make sure i don't fuck around and/or find out), and thankfully also back to drawing without pain because wow, holy heck, genuine PSA to artists out there that We Do Not Get Enough Information On How to Actually Take Care of Our Mortal Forms While We Create Art, so if you're out there drawing today plz don't forget to take a minute to stretch your hands, fingers, wrists, back, neck, whatever gets involved in your process, and to look out a window and let your gaze soften for at least ten full seconds per hour of screentime to let your eyeballs rest!!!

and finally, in existential future news, i really really wanna make an original comic at some point but have no gd idea what that would look like but it keeps coming back to my head and i'm experimenting over here so in many many many moons maybe i'll have some non-pokemon project going alongside turncoats for y'alls general perusal, no promises but i'm excited at least QwQ in any case, glad to be back to posting a Real Turncoats Page(c) and i hope everyone's having a great day!!!
