I'm not really going to make the WHOLE movie into a collosal pokemon comic- just the more humorous parts. And, as you can see by reading the other strips, Misty does play Katy, the protagonist, as well as Dawn being Regina , Lyra being Gretchen, etc.

In the movie The Plastics were three girls who ruled the school. They were comically called "The Plastics" because of the popular trend of plastic surgery, which, Caty Herrin (the protagonist) found out, is the norm procedure to look good in her new American school. (She was previously home schooled in Africa.)
(Whew. I think I could summarize the whole movie!) I highly recommend you watch the movie "Mean Girls". It's one of my, and many other people's, favorite movies. It's hilarious!
