I think the mirror universe counterparts of the Mane Six would act like their Discorded selves, only a bit nastier. Celestia would be a tyrant, Nightmare Moon would probably have been killed by the Elements of Power (or something like that) instead of being turned back into Luna. Discord would be instead be Harmony and eternally sealed in stone (not enough harmony in the land to set him free).
