Description
Kirlia's name is based on kirlian photography, so I decided to try to make a picture of Kirlia in kirlian style. I looked up Wikipedia for an example, well it doesn't really have these plasma edges but I tried my best! I made it with GIMP G'MIC-Qt Squiggly and Stroke filter.
