Ever draw something and think, "Hey I think I just turned a corner", yeah this picture is it for me.Lei-Lei / Hsien Ko is from the Capcom fighting game Darkstalkers / Night Warriors.
EDIT: I realized I forgot somecolouring and I also noticed a bit of loss when I converted from CMYK to RGB, hopefully this version is better. (Bigger and Better).

Phenominal! I really love this. Great coloring, especially on the hair, it really gives it definition. And I like the sleeves, to. Great work on the breasts, they really look like they're popping out of her shirt! XD Wonderful anatomy and I like the darkness fade-out at the bottom.
Her right eye bothers me ,though.

I was playing around with some new techniques on the hair (they really worked on this one) as with the colouring. I tried to mix cel and gradient shading here.

I don't know what coloring is missing or what was lost but I can't imagine this looking any better than it already does.

Thanks! I had forgotten to shade her hair, but I added it and it looks great now.
I think the only thing I forgot was her spot of rouge but I think that's forgivable.

I read about the 's SF2 contest and I was willing to enter except Capcom would have been given exclusive rights to my work. Granted I would be doing fanart but still, I don't like giving up stuff completely for free... maybe I'm just reading it wrong though.
