Beautiful work! I love the gentle, cloud-like texture of the background against which that rigid, mechanical hide stands out.

Thank you. Believe it or not, after I started this painting I ran into a really bad ugly stage with it and decided to put the painting away behind my bed for two years before retrieving it and starting again. 3 months later it's finally finished.

Absolutely fantastic!  I love all of the sharp details on that dragon's scales, and the curled horns are wonderful.
