I've been a while thinking about this artwork, but everytime I made a doodle, it was so crappy... I did not have the "inspiration" and skills to do what I had in mind. Fortunately, after some frustration give ups, I could do something "nice" that satisfied me a bit. I used a new colouring technique, appropiated for the piece, since I wanted a dark aura. Wonderful work. The female's expression just seems to read your every thought and memory with deep, thoughtful eyes. As the light flashes over her eyes and upon her porcelain skin, she almost appears as if she were an ethereal being; visiting the world of the living to see how far we've come or to answer the wishes of another. Her clothing carry a lovely looking pattern upon the classic design of a kimono and further add to her personality. The water splashing overhead as well as the bubbles moving around her really add the feeling of her being a marine spirit. Good job on this one.
