A Voltron time travel au,
Four Transformers fics (but one is technically a trilogy)
and the outline of a star wars fic that's technically an homage to Dracula.

Also five unfinished original projects.
I'm bad about that.

I recommend not writing more than two stories at a time XD
(Unless you're really good at multitasking, I don't know. Personally, the more plot bunnies I start writing down, the harder I find it is to focus on doing a full chapter of just one story)

Keep a pocket notebook for just that purpose? So you can write them down, but don't have the space to write too much?

I've used notebook apps on my phone more than once lol
And occasionally sticky notes for if I'm at work when it happens. Lots and lots of sticky notes.
