Living by the ocean on the north coast can make it a bit difficult sometimes to get the right kind of weather to photograph in. It's either foggy, raining or windy most days, and on days like today, when you get a glimpse of gentle sunshine, you can't help but want to go out and enjoy it.
Here, young Enik lies, basking in the late afternoon sun, staring out at the rough waves crashing along the cliffs during high tide. This image is more or less the same pose as the previous [link] just at a slightly different angleto bring out the appeal. I also didn't zoom in as much in order to take in more of the background behind him. There was a whale spouting just off scene, sadly it wasn't included in the picture...

Enik is a taxidermy soft mount. A soft mount, is a form of taxidermy where the form of the mount is not rigid but instead is stuffed with love and an armature to make it more appealing for creative purposes.
