Topic: Draw a CD/LP cover for a real/imaginary band of your choice.
Size: ~30x30 cm
Media:
- cliff, tree, forest: watercoulors (where the branches get too tiny, I used fineliner, which unfortunatly gave them a different tone of black)
- background: wax crayons
- Metallica-Logo: pencil
- "TO LIVE IS TO DIE": printed and glued
Source of inspiration: Metallica's songtitle "To Live Is To Die" from the album "...And Justice For All"
In the End I wasn't that happy with this picture, so I gave it to a friend of mine as a birthday present (she really liked it)

I agree. Metallica owns the 80s, 90s, and today. And this song(I'm listening to it right now) still has the power to make me cry on the 4:50 mark.

In fact I'm really curious of how it will look, since I myself like the idea, but not the picture I created out of it. I often thought of doing it again myself, but it seems that I'm too lazy... XD
