I love how you drew the shading! You managed a nice balance between the parts when we see the defined contours of his fur and the more softer/diffuse part of the shading c: And since his coat color is plain / hasn't got any markings, the shading always takes some importance visually (it's always causing me a lot of troubles when i draw him haha)
Oh and i think you did great on the eyes! Idk which is the fix you did but he looks totally fine now c: And with this tiny grin the expression overall is very cute! I haven't got any real precise drawing for Kai atm, especially of how his face looks and the expressions he can show, but you managed anyway to draw an expression that fits him well
