Only if you can understand why an artist drew the way they did. It's okay to take bits and pieces like "I love how this guy did his eyes, or how this other artist draws mouths." That sort of thing makes your own style happen. Just doing everything like one other person makes it so you can't grow, and even less so if they DON'T POST ANYMORE.
