Description
So since I did a genderbent cast for Near, i think that means i need to do a genderbent cast for Mello too. Mello real name Miheel Kheehl is the main antagonist in the second part of death note. The "lesser" of L's successors Mello joins up with the mafia to get revenge onLight. Mello is extremely immature and quick to rage because of his considerable personal insecurity about his abilities in comparison to both L and Near. He represents the more emotional and physical attributes of L. He dresses in black leather with a red rosary around his neck.

While i absolutely loved Mello and Near as being the same person as being portrayed as the same person with different personalities from the new TV series, i wanted to cast two actors as Mello and Near appeared in the anime. I do think on a later date i'll try and cast the split personality version although Madison is certainly capable of doing that version too. since i did a gender bent Near cast i thought i should do a gender bent Mello cast. Madison Davenport is the actor known for playing Kate Fuller on From Dusk Til Dawn, another very intelligent character and one who has gotten much darker in season 2. I think Madison could easily Mello's intelligence and rashness.
