So I'm sitting at work bored out of my skull....Had an idea for a deviantART art book featuring the best Daily Deviations of 2008 so I mocked up a cover.

Great idea! This would be a book I'd definitely buy! They do such a great job choosing DD's! It's too bad things like animations would be left out tho...

Now that is a great idea. You should post that in the suggestion forums if you haven't already.
I think I would omit the "best" though, and just have all the daily dev's from 2oo8, 2oo9 ect. Year to year books that I know people would purchase.
