I remember I had a pet rock when I was younger. I think it ran away.

So Maud Pie turns out to be the unknown sister in that picture. At least I think it is. It's great that they would introduce her physically in this episode other than just leaving her as a photograph.

Her personality, as expressionless and gray as it might be, is quite fascinating. Because she spent a lot of time on the quarry and studies rocks, she has some sort of fixation with rocks. She has a pet pebble named Boulder and has a rock diet. If you ask me, she has quite the obsession. If we see her next time, we'll probably find out her favorite genre of music is rock. Maybe she favors the Rolling Stones. She also has great strength; we saw that she could chuck a boulder for half a mile and make it hit the ground so hard it creates an explosion similar to Tsar Bomba's. Also, her poetry. I was half expecting her to favor Edgar Allan Poe due to her personality, but ya know, rocks. I'll just say that this episode was hilarious and entertaining with her in it.

This drawing seemed like it was worth more the detail than the Flutterbee one. Why? I honestly have no idea, but I've been practicing with the backgrounds, and I think this looks slightly better. The strands of grass, the individual leaves, the glare of the sun... I tried to put all of those together to make a good looking background. I even got the subtle change to the style of the characters. Whoopee! In my honest opinion, I personally think this is better than the Flutterbee.
